Lots of Potential, Little budget to operate..

Pros: Location
Cons: Room acoustics and freshness of indoor air quality. House keeping needs a big improvement.
Location: Close to freeway, and nice vegetation scenery.
It is unfortunate to see this hotel in it's present condition. The location is quite ideal and with lots of potential, but I also noticed numerous signs depicting lack of funds to provide a "First-World" status! The staff was seemingly pleasant enough, but the house-keeping standard is appalling. If you are looking for a good night sleep this is not the place for you.The room sound acoustic and freshness of the air are terrible. Please get rid of whatever air or fabric freshener in the rooms, as it affects certain people in a bad and negative manner !!! Wishing you the best.

False advertising...

Expected a pool and fitness center according to the website, but it was renovated into a banquet room years ago. When asked about the advertising for the Olympic sized pool, the front desk told us that the owners refuse to remove that information from their website. Dishonest advertising.

Beautiful hotel & friendly staff

This is the second time ive stayed here! Its cozy and quiet and clean! The staff is welcoming and quick to help you! The building is beautiful! Well worth the $ and i will continue to come to this facility!!!!

Concord Inn

Nice entrance.. wasn't expecting Tvs from the 1800's though wow! Didn't go in the living room at all it smelled completely like smoke and an old odor. I stayed in a jacuzzi suite. Super cold took the heat about 40 mins to warm up the room only.

Dirty and dated facility but friendly staff

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it,the bathroom was dirty and bed was very uncomfortable. The room did not have a working phone where I could call the front desk about the missing TV remote control. With that said, we only paid $60ish so I guess you get what you pay for. We stayed here because we lost power at our house. When I mentioned these issues to the front desk upon checkout, the employee did offer to discount another night if we wanted to stay. So I will say they have decent customer service.

It was ok, room wasn't that clean and the tv quality suck Wi-Fi was slow and the tv only got 10 channels.
