This location is minutes away from Macomb Mall & Macomb Community College. It is only a 1/2 mile away from the 696 expressway and the i94 expressway, which will take you North/South/West without delays!
This location is off Gratiot Ave, which provides quick access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It's also a short drive to Lake St. Clair and Metro Parkway Beach.
There are a total of 22 private units at this location. There is a vacant field located behind the property and it is tucked away off the main road. There are several mature trees & greenery surrounding the property.

This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $1000 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★
Please note there are security cameras surrounding the exterior of the property. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
