"Exceptional, I love a Westin, we know that. This Westin… has to be one of the best. The hotel itself, staff included, impeccable. Staff actually blew me away the level of hospitality on display more than once. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking. Exceptional real estate sandwiched between two very vibrant well kept public areas and across the road from a bustling plaza with everything you could need as far as food and entertainment. Centrally located to mountain and city activities.10s across the board for me. "

"Our room was clean and bed was SO COMFY! This is a beautiful hotel with easy access to the highway, restaurants' and shopping close by too. However, I wish there were "adults only" hours for pool and hot tub. At 10:30 on a Saturday night the pool was still full of loud kids, teens and outdoors at the hot tub people were smoking and kids there too. Not very relaxing. "

"Max checked us in both weekends and was respectful and helpful. Thomas was repairing our toilet handle when we got to the room. He was courteous and accommodating. The overnight desk man prepared hot water and coffee for our early morning departure. Thank you all for making our stays comfortable, relaxing and easy. Great staff!"

"The staff and Room service was amazing the friendly housekeepers by far met all my needs . The best of all was they all made me feel safe and welcomed myself and grandson with all our needs being met and stayed pretty much all of our hairs besides things we needed . "

"I found this to be a good place to stay. The hotel and the area around it are a bit generic, lacking any distinctives of interest. However, I found the hotel to be clean, functional, and well located for the purposes of my visit to Denver. The room was large and comfortable with a large workspace. "

"Fair price and large clean room but overall in need of a refurbishment staff was nice and friendly. Bathroom had 2 lights out of four out. Seat has lots of cigarette burns. So not the prettiest."

"Hands down the best hotel in Denver! I will absolutely stay here again. The room was huge and comfortable, the staff were extraordinarily nice, breakfast and dinner buffets were FREE and delicious, no one was smoking pot (hard to find in Denver hotels!), and the price was low!"

"We like it as a family because everything is close by: shopping, water park, food, everything, etc..... Everyone at the front desk treated us well, especially Jessica. The Starbucks staff were very friendly."
