"We enjoyed the affordable and large space of the king suite. The property is lightly dated from many ski trips past. The table was laid out with plates & silverware and a welcoming kitchen stocked with coffee & tea. We walked to the bus stop to go to the dillon venue, this was not far and easy to find. We enjoyed the opportunity to make a fire on the cold night. Would visit again! Thanks! "

"The check in process is awful. I was told to get the key from a lock box at the Vacasa office. The key was not in the lock box and no one in the office had any idea what I was talking about. The room is in a great location but it is FRIGID. I had to crank the heat to 85 and turn on the fireplace to get it warm at all."

"We were never sent check-in process email. Because of this, we spent hours trying to figure out how and who to call. Website horrible and not user-friendly at all. After 23 hours on the road, the last thing we needed was unessesary additional stress. Checkout time is too early at 10 a m. for family. Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed our stay. The window off dining area needs repaired and sealed. DVD player cannot connect to TV. Bathroom sinks slow to drain. One toilet would not...
