“We stayed for one night at the Shermann Hotel for leisure purposes. Our friends who checked in in front of us were offered water bottles and area suggestions, we were not. Our shower was very small making it hard to move, our friends who booked last minute had a nicer room. Checking out our friends were greeted and thanked, we were not. The only difference was we’re reserved through Expedia several weeks in advance and our friends booked directly with the hotel close to the check-in date.”

“This is the first room I have ever stayed in that had warm water in the toilet! I think the plumbing needs repair. No remote. None available at the desk. No elevator is okay, but key card doesn’t work on side door. Just a lot of obstacles. We returned at 4:30 after a day out and our room had not been cleaned. No problem with sheets, but we needed clean towels. Breakfast is all carbs. No protein. No fruit. Not recommended.”
