"Staff was very friendly and management checked in on us. The only problem we had was all week our room kept getting skipped over for a cleaning. Our dirty towels were towering. We did have the green button on for “open” instead of the red but somehow we were overlooked. We got towels right away when I called and management was willing to help. Overall very clean, quiet, good food, and entertainment was nice. Best part was the ocean and the private beach where you didn’t have to worry about leaving your items by your beach chair and walking away. We loved it!! "

"Top tier customer service, clean room and facilities. The food was the only let down. We wanted authentic jamaican food, it was bland and tasteless and a disrespect to the jamaican culture. All the other cuisines were represented good and tasted authentic"
