“Excellent all round.”

“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

Das Frühstück, welches man zu buchen konnte, war sehr gut von der Auswahl, so konnte man perfekt in den Tag starten. 10 Minuten entfernt gab es die u Bahn Station, wo man schnell zur City gelangte. “We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Reisen in Stockholm. The location is fantastic, right by the river in the Old Town and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We considered buying travel cards but never needed them. Even in January, with snow and temperatures well below zero, it was easy and enjoyable to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is cosy and warm, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, not forced in any way. Our room was spotless,……
