I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered! Once I got the information it was very straightforward.”

“An amazing property in an idyllic location, peaceful and quiet. Super close to so many outdoor activities we were spoilt for choice. We were a party of 7 adults and the property felt spacious with a well stocked kitchen, outdoor eating area and large living room. Communication was great, clear friendly and incredibly helpful. “Good rooms. Great restaurant onsite where I ate every evening. On my 1st day, I arrived past 9pm when kitchen was already closing but they still made me food which was nice. Location is not in the center of the town but this should obvious to anyone by looking at the map. The hotel is close to some nice hiking trails. Great place to rest after exploring Wales.”
