“I wish I could rate our overall experience with 10 STARS! Absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. The RV is very modern, clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely my idea of "camping"! We had a few visits from the goats (behind the fence of course) while watching the horses graze in the field and even saw a fawn frolicking in the field as the sun was setting! Thank you for creating the perfect place for travelers to spend some down time and……

“Unique property ”

“The home is beautiful and spacious! The couch in the living room was very comfortable and the TV was a smart tv so we could access apps we subscribed to and logged in. All the bedrooms also have TVs in them as well which was nice as some guests prefer to fall asleep with a tv on. The beds/pillows were great and we all felt like we were getting a good nights sleep. The communication with the property owner was phenomenal. The check in process was sent ahead of time and was very easy to……

“Finding a pet-friendly place is always difficult. Sprinkle in a single night’s stay on a holiday weekend near Cooperstown into the mix and it becomes impossible. HOWEVER…at KC’s…we stayed in a brand new room which was entirely spotless on a bed that gave us the best night of sleep in memory! The property is still under some construction, but the value here is really, really great!”

“Very quiet and accommodating”

“Exceptional continental breakfast consisting of egg quiche, bakery bread/toast, exceptional coffee from a local source, in house baked muffins etc. The people who stay here are usually well educated and have achieved successful careers and conversational so the social atmosphere was delightful to us. The building is very attractive and in an outstanding area. Very recommendable overall!!”

“Exactly as described-- cozy cabin located minutes from downtown Cooperstown NY. Bed was very comfortable. Host provided many amenities which made for a comfortable stay.”
