“DO NOT STAY HERE!! The hot tub and sauna are permanently closed but not obvious on site. When asked upon arrival they said it was “noted in confirmation notes.” When I checked, it is one sentence buried in the middle of a paragraph of cancellation terms. Hallway rugs are stained and tapped down in places. The room was superficially cleaned. Balcony was very dirty and not cleaned in weeks, stained ceiling in room, cobwebs, etc.. Towels smelled clean but a dingy off white color. The sad……
