“The bed I was told had a new mattress but I could feel the springs through the mattress as soon as I sat down on the bed. The coffee maker didn't work. Two of the outlets didn't work to charge my phone. I was told the manager would call me but nobody did, We stayed the first night didn't sleep at all and just left we couldn't get a refund. This was supposed to be the best hotel in town, DO NOT STAY HERE!!”

“I thought the property was beautiful and the cottages are wonderful, but I was pretty disappointed in the amenities. I was looking forward to using the sauna, but it wasn't really clear on how to operate that and there was no one making it clear. We missed the breakfast, that's served on site from 8a - 10a, but I'm not sure if that's included or a la carte.”

“Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room. It's too convenient to go out. It's located in the center of the city. Don't drive out. This is very awesome!”

“Loved the location and that the room had a balcony and room with a lake view. The check in attendant said the bar would be open at 6 but it never opened. I did love the use of the kayak the hot tub although I wished it was outdoors. It’s not in a very appealing location. Feels a bit dark. Always find that the shoulder seasons of hospitality are a challenge and that many places don’t offer the services they advertise.”

“We very much enjoyed staying here. The cabin was adorable. the area to sit in to watch TV needs to have a something else to sit on besides the very low chair. My husband would not have been able to get up out of it and there is no TV in the bedroom area to lay on the bed. We had to bring a chair in from outside. The restaraunt was outstading (food and price). The staff was so nice and helpful. I would absolutly stay here again when we are in the area.”
