“BED BUGS!
I stayed in room 217 first week of October with my 5 week old baby , on our third morning there found bed bugs. Was moved to room 215 so most likely there are bedbugs in that room too. Hotel manager is being very slow to issue discount/refund despite Expedia contacting them multiple times in the last 2 weeks. Front staff were lovely and accommodating through this all.”
