“We wanted to rest and relax in the jacuzzi but found there was floating mud and someone's hair we told the front desk manager that there was hair floating in the water. He promised to sort it out and said that the hair would be removed. When we came to the jacuzzi after a couple of hours and climbed into it we saw the same dirt and the same hair floating in the water, which I think is unacceptable, in addition the jacuzzi has sticky tape parts that looks not attractive and unsafe to use. “The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

“Pet friendly, small and very easy. Glad I could go directly to the room without waiting due to having dogs. Wish rooms had a little more back support (headboard, pillows), lighting/AC wasn't working well and hot tub did break but staff was great in accommodating as best they could. Love how pet friendly they are, dogs had an amazing time, best dog friendly hotel I've been to (even option for a large quiet basement suite if your pup is reactive).
