"We asked on the first day for an ironing board and Kleenex. The staff assured me that they would get those things to be but didn't get them to me in time for a funeral I was attending. Was not told that we needed to ask for our room to be cleaned. There were spots on the carpet as well something was very sticky on the carpet. We cleaned the bottom of our shoes but to no prevail. Socks were sticky also. There was something on the back of the bathroom door, blood, makeup, something, was still there after having room cleaned."

"My experience with the assistant manager was really upsetting. I’m traveling with my 4-year-old son and had accidentally booked a full-size bed. I politely asked if I could switch to something safer since he moves a lot in his sleep, and I was even willing to pay for an upgrade. Instead, I was treated like a problem and told to “leave” and I’ll be refunded while standing there with my child. She raised her voice in front of other guests, which was embarrassing and honestly scary for my son, he ended up hiding behind me because he was so uncomfortable. That interaction completely changed how I felt about the stay. Customer service matters, and this was not handled well at all. I reported the incident however have not heard back. the room was fine and breakfast was great. "

"nice staff and clean room. We were not there long, but would certainly stay again. It's a smaller hotel so you don't have the hustle of a large complex, and the parking was easy. The breakfast in the morning was what you expect from a hotel, but the coffee was actually good. Our room was very clean, but not super luxurious. The finishes are standard but the bed was very comfy. Great staff, everyone was nice and said hello. "
