"Could tell the hotel was older by the pealing paint in the bathroom. The room and the beds were excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful."

"Hotel in general is outdated, and run down. The beds for the most part were comfortable but the bunk beds have a light feature that doesn't work and sticks out making it very dangerous for children.The little kitchenette has a light fixture on the wall right above where you sit which everyone kept. The pool was dirty/gross and the towels are very old and need to be replaced. There is no lifeguards, and the people supervising at the waterslides are dressed in jeans and sweaters so I don't think they are there to assist in any emergencies. The breakfast was ok, other than the staff saying it was closed 15 min prior to closing. As well as the cleaning crew trying to clean our room 15 min prior to our checkout time. Besides that, the staff was overall friendly, but I am not sure I would stay here again."

"Clean rooms, 20 minutes walking distance to Disneyworld, lovely pool & hot tub. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also loved that you could see the fireworks from the hotel. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future. "

"I would not stay here again. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet brown. The next morning woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up nose. The bathroom faucets leaked by the valves and made all our stuff on the counters wet. The Tv had no streaming service. So we couldn’t stream any of our apps."
