“This our third stay here. The Staff is always polite and helpful. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the ice machines seem to always be down for maintenance. We have been on the third floor each visit and that machine was functional this visit. Not that it is a breaking point, but Kansas does get warm in the summer.”

In the first room, the bedding had what appeared to be soiled marks, including marks across the top sheet. I was moved to another room, only to find similar marks on the bedding there as well. “The lobby/breakfast area has recently been remodeled. It is nice & comfortable. The breakfast is "ok", nothing special (eggs, sausage, waffle maker). the rooms have all been remodeled. They look nice, but there is a moldy smell in every room. The front desk staff was very helpful & let us change rooms to one that did not smell as strong.”
