"This was our 3rd stay on Easy Street and everything to do with the house met our expectations for a wonderful experience. The views from this house are among the best in town and Ty was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with with very prompt communications. The Blackstone was an added bonus. Even cooler were the mule deer that made their way across the property a time or two. We would definitely stay at 505 Easy Street again!"

"We booked this cabin for a family get-away with 5 adults and a toddler. Loved being out in the country, yet close enough to drive to Pagosa in just a few minutes. The place had a rustic feel, with lots of space...great for gathering together but also plenty of room to give everyone their privacy. Very clean with super comfy beds. And we all loved the hot tub on the deck. We ended up cooking every day, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the hosts was excellent, too!"

"Rivers Edge Retreat has been one of the best places we have stayed during our travels. Better than advertised and owner spares no expense with the HIGH quality of everything inside and out. Distance to town was perfect drive, got to see elk herd on way home from dinner about 5:45-6pm on 335 road to house. We dont see them in Texas so it was very neat. River flowing just outside the deck was refreshing and soothing for the soul. Ann the host had great communication and info in house helped with our decisions on where to eat, etc. 3rd time to Pagosa and when we come back we will be staying at Rivers Edge Retreat. Thanks Ann"

"Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Two living areas make it easy for the kids to have their own space. Back deck had a spectacular view! Fire pit was perfection as eell as hot tub. Host was extremely responsive to questions."
