“This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Apart from the inconvenience caused by the road maintenance outside the hotel, the living experience was good overall.”

“Unfortunately, our room has not been cleaned at all throughout our stay at the hotel which is three nights. There is a constant never ending ticking (like drops of water or something) from the outside room 137 which never ends at night. Prevents you from falling asleep.”

“煮食用的煎pan 非常殘舊不適合給客人使用，發現一隻窗鉸壞了， 廁所門底也是損毁，低層單位會受附近一間餐廳唱歌酒吧聲浪影響”
