“The unit was quite nice. Close to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. We had difficulty with the WiFi and tried to get the manager to understand we tried all versions of password-none worked. Still, the unit was nice and we enjoyed that it sat along a beautiful stream. Please fix the WiFi.”

“The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. “The apartment was overall very good, only let down by a poorly fitted kitchen tap, which was very wobbly but worked. We appreciated the supplied teabags, sachets of coffee, soap, towels etc. The deposit system was a bit confusing - I expected to see a £250 payment on my card to be followed by a refund, but it seems they just held the card details "in case" so I guess no charge will be made now, after over a week.
