“Had a great stay! It was a perfect base for our ski trip. The condo was spotless and had enough room for our family. Communication with Jennifer was great, she answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, even with tips from her kids to ours. The hot tub and pool were great to relax in after hitting the slopes as well. We will definitely be back!”

“Ground staff are amazing ! They are ready to help and available 24/7 . Reception is ok . Nothing exceptional. Housekeeping could be better . Dog hair was all over the floor when we checked in and had to request . I think they are understaffed . We really liked the lady who helped mop the room after we reported the issue . She was amazing once the duty was assigned to her You need AC in the room for summer months. Room temp was 90 every single afternoon and we struggled to stay cool . No AC in……

“Didn't use the laundry service. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed. The rooms were clean, but we needed more bedding -- not enough pillow cases and extra comforter in the closet looked like it had something spilled on it - large sticky spots. I know air conditioning may not be typical in Colorado, but it was acutally quite hot when we were there and air conditioning would have been appreciated. The box fans did help some.
