“Clean room-very clean, but does not have a microwave. Staff-was pleasant, welcomed me, but failed to explain which floor I was on. I did know the room number. Had to come back down the escalator to find out (was my first time staying there). Shops nearby-Mall of America, what more can I say. Plenty of shops and places to eat minutes walking distance from your room. There’s also a IHOP across the street, and a IKEA a Uber drive away. Walmart Neighborhood Market is 1.2 miles away. Air……

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
