"It sucked that there wasn’t a kitchen to do room service. But I guess that was my fault for not making sure. Other than that they were great, I would definitely book again. "
"Really nice property with rooms better than the reviews I read before booking. Room service food quality was very good (please try pepperoni and italian sausage pizza). Clean and spacious room. Hotel does mention that they provide EV charging but they only have 1 charging spot and even that was occupied by a gas car. Overall really nice property and would sure stay here the next time."

"Let people know if you are cleaning their room or not. The sign on the door said no thank you to having the room cleaned. so I did not put the sign out and thought being gone all day they would clean our room. We were gone 10:15 am til 8:45 pm and came back to no clean towels, and room not cleaned. "

Great breakfast with lots of options.
Super convenient location. It's about a 1-minute drive or less to the mall.

"Shuttle bus to MSP. Free breakfast is sufficient. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice & hot who. I missed egg day, but they had biscuits, sausage and sausage gravy.
Rooms were clean refrigerator microwave bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. We gladly go back. It’s a definite bargain."

"It was great. Parking was $10 overnight. It was not posted on their site but it was reasonable. They were having some troublw qith breakfast so they gave us bags with granola bars, fruit and yogurt. I like having breakfast at a hotel and eat wggs and drink coffee which it wasn't possible this time. We went to an Ihop close to the hotel."
"The breakfast is amazing at this hotel, there were lots of options, delicious food. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There are really good dining options on the same lot. And also the Mall of America is right across the street, with the public transit station right there too. The pool area was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. We stayed there for 6 nights and we would recommend this hotel."
"My group was pleasantly surprised by the room set up. It has a suite feeling to it. The door between the sleeping area and receiving/desk area was a nice touch. The little bit of separation is really nice for family with kids or business travel.
We tried to take advantage of the social time with a free drink and snacks. The hours is from 5- 6:30, so mostly likely to be out about, but if you happen to be in the hotel. It's a nice touch.
I also really enjoyed the courtyard design, gives the hotel a really open feel."

"Remodel of rooms was nice. Needs a little work in the bathrooms. Toilets are low and add a bar on the other end of tub to help from falling. Sleeping area was very nice. "
