Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised.
Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip.”

“The fire alarm was on late at night—1:45 a.m.! We needed to evacuate during our sleep. We walked to the ground-floor entrance and saw the fire trunk.
After 20 minutes, the firemen walked out and we walked back to the building. The hotel staff didn't explain what had happened. When we returned to the room, we could still smell the burning smell!!
No one explained what happened?!?!!? ”
