"Reception only opens from 9 am to 5 pm. No flexibility to work around that as staff was asking us to send picture of the credit card even the bond had already been taken. Not recommended for visitor who has work commitment and therefore can’t go to the reception to register within 9 am to 5 pm. Further ..."
