Located across Tiana Bay from Dune Road, this private community has ample property space for enjoyment of the 20x45' heated pool, outdoor heated shower, rear deck and access to private beach and marina. The house is well stocked, has wi-fi, beach toys, pool toys, kayaks etc.
Ideal for small family to relax by the pool or beach, go for walks along the wooded area which backs onto the property.
