The front desk recognized me and explained that why my room was cold because they didn’t expect I wanted the room on the second floor, they usually turn on the heater ahead of the guest arrival to ensure the guest has comfortable place. That was kind of nice to hear that, I felt am respected. The place is new Reno, new look, super clean, staff are great! Definitely will come back again. "
