"Worst experience I've ever had. Bio hazard incident and then no form of understanding or willingness from hotel management to make it right. Still fighting for my refund when we vacated the room after not even being in there more than 15 minutes because we instantly started feeling itchy all over our body. Hotel management confirmed that the room looked completely unused - so, why was I charged for one night? It's obvious that they did not believe us which is crazy because what would we gain from this??? Long story short, stay at the Hyatt when you visit Windsor. Great experience and service all around."
