The biggest disappointment was that many of the advertised amenities were not working. In the gym, only the free weights were usable, and both the steam room and sauna were out of service. My airport pickup was also poorly handled. Although I received an email confirming my pickup after sharing my flight details, I waited at the airport for an hour. In addition it has a really impressive spa ... with full functioning sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and massage facilities. It also has one of the most extensive hotel gyms that I have ever seen. "The place needs a lot of investment and renovation. Pool is out of use. The restaurant is just OK. Food is not impressive. The breakfast buffet when offered is poor. Yet you can order omelet and toasted bread. Very nice people, ready to do the extra mile for you but English is a challenge for almost everybody. My room was very small but I had mosquito screen in the window. No A/C. Fans available upon request. Shower extremely small, yet full toiletries supplied. Overall it is a good value for...
