“It was clean ans the sheets and blankets smelled incredibly fresh. It is an old historical building so that's what you are getting. If you are looking for modern or great amenities you will not get that. It is simple and cute, but keep in mind the furniture and place will be very old. It is in the perfect spot surrounded by everything and just a 1 or two minutes from the beach. Perfect place for a quick weekend. The staff was amazing and extremely welcoming!”

“Unique old building, suites are on a beautifully restored 2nd floor. The rooms are very clean, and the decor is very impressive. The virtual check in process and keyless property and room entry system worked without a hitch. Location in downtown Apalachicola is excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall great experience. Will definitely book again in the future.”

“It was very peaceful and clean. Staff friendly. But we stayed for 2 nights and only 1 trash can ( small) in room. Would have been nice to have at least 2 trash cans and trash from first day emptied.”

“When we booked we thought we booked a stay in the condos but we were booked in a Villa. This Villa was very old and had outdated TV and appliances, it was more like an old motel . We contacted the manager and explained someone had said they were upgrading us so we thought that meant the condos . We talked to management and got a room in the condos. It was a 2 br so we had to pay more. Once we were moved the room was acceptable. We will not stay here again. We had to pay extra for moving rooms……
