Home in Cuscowilla with Private Pool and Spa

Beautiful home in the quiet and peaceful Cuscowilla golf community. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, a cozy fireplace in open concept family room, and large screened-in porch on 2nd floor with view of the lake.

On the main floor are 3 bedrooms: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and the third bedroom has a full size bed with twin trundle roll out bed. Upstairs is another queen bedroom and bathroom, as well as a large lounge area with a sectional couch and television, office desk and chair, pinball machine and ping pong table. There is also access to a large screened-in porch from this level.

Private 15 x 30 foot pool and a spa. The backyard is fully fenced in with a grill, propane heater and outdoor seating. Kitchen has a reverse osmosis faucet for drinking water, a wine refrigerator and Keurig machine. Please note: We do not have direct access to the lakefront from our home. You may take a short 3 minute walk to the common docks to see the lake. There are also multiple boat marinas with jet ski and boat rental options within very close proximity to the house. I would recommend Young Harris Water Sports, or Oconee Wild Watersports.

Our home is located in a quiet residential area. We ask that you please be respectful and keep noise down.

Backyard is fenced in. Area between pool and house is open/accessible. Amenities at Cuscowilla i.e. tennis, restaurant, golf are for members only.
During hours of 8am to 8pm DO NOT run spa more than 3 hours as can lead to algae/bacteria in pool. Access will be locked out if in violation.
No street parking allowed. Please park cars in garage. No direct lake access from our home. Look for red sign that says "common dock" for access

Great place

This place is just what our family needed for a quick weekend getaway. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room to spare. The kids loved playing in the gameroom. We got up every morning and got in the hot tub the transitioned to the pool in the late mornings. The host was great answering any questions we had. Would love to visit again!!!! It was a wonderful trip!

We fell in love with this beautiful house the moment we stepped in. A modern and clean home with a great private pool & hot tub. Communication with owners was so easy. FABULOUS PROPERTY

This place is immaculate and was perfect for our extended family's Thanksgiving celebration. The host had even put out seasonal Thanksgiving decorations. I don't think I've ever been in a cleaner rental home (or ANY home, for that matter). It was spotless! And very well appointed for a large holiday dinner.

Favorite VRBO ever.

What a great weekend. From the minute we walked in, we were amazed with the home. It was the perfect getaway from work and stress. Sue was a true pleasure to work with and made sure everything was just right. She made some great referrals for on what to do and places to eat. Everything was spot on. Really enjoyed our time at the home and will be back soon. It will not disappoint.

Wow, rent this property now!! You won't regret it!!

Our family had a fantastic time at this rental home! It was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The outdoor patio with couches, pool chairs and the high top table were perfect for our days and nights by the pool. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which made it easy to give everyone privacy. Sue had good recommendations for dining, jet skis and boat rentals- we really enjoyed getting out on the lake. Their house is in a perfect location to get around as well. I wish I could pick up the house and bring it home to live in it. It's decorated beautifully and it was such a perfect layout for the entire family. Thank you Sue and Jason!! We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful house perfectly set up for a large group. 4 bedrooms with adjoining baths. The entire second floor is a suite with a ping pong table, private living room and screened in covered patio.Plenty of TV’s. Pool was just the right size. Nice furniture throughout. Very bright and spacious. It’s a perfect airbnb!

Hurricane escape

We live in Augusta, GA and had to evacuate after Hurricane Helene due to no power and no internet. Jason allowed us to check in early on arrival day. House was super clean, internet worked great. Group included my wife and I and her 85+ year old parents. One step up from garage so access for them was easy. Spent most of my time working from dining room table. Would like to come back to stay and play. One addition owner might make is 4 to 8 double old fashion whiskey glasses :)

Home Away from Home

This is our 2nd time at this property and would love to return again! We are two families of 4 with children under 12. We spent the days in the pool and boating on the lake. The house is extremely clean and full of every detail you need - making you feel right at home!

Wonderful stay!

Friends from college who get together every year! This was our 12th annual trip and one of our favorites! The location was fantastic and the house was so warm and comforting. Sue was a fantastic host and was prompt with all of my question and was wonderful with special accommodations!

Great Home and Awesome Pool

We rented this home for a weekend for my niece's wedding. The house was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. We enjoyed spending time together, and everyone agreed that we would love to come back and rent this home again.

Perfect Family Get-away

Highly recommend this property. Extremely well decorated, fantastic location, very clean. Well stocked - we had everything we needed. Easy process and great communication with owner. Having the private pool and spa was key. Our teens loved the bonus space upstairs to watch their TV shows. Hope to be back again!

Pure Perfection!

We loved this property in Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee! It was just perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. The house was super clean, spacious, well-appointed and outfitted with everything we might have needed. It's obvious that the owners know what it means/takes to be a gracious host and homeowner. Believe me when I say the photos in the listing (while lovely) do not do the property justice! The beds were comfortable, the living areas were lovely and had ample space for the 7 of us to spread out and do our own thing, when we needed. Don't pass on this listing if you're looking to stay in this community - we have relatives who live there and it was so easy to visit with one another. We would DEFINITELY reserve another stay when it's time to visit Georgia again. We loved our stay!

Great stay!

Five of us spent a few days at the house for a girls trip and the place was perfect! We enjoyed several of the spaces and loved the pool. All the furnishings were so nice, clean, and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, no complaints at all! The host was very responsive and accommodating and allowed us to set up a canopy for more shade near the pool which we really appreciated.

I can’t say enough good things about this home! It is probably one of the best decorated and stocked vacation rentals we have stayed in. The neighborhood is beautiful as well and the hosts are very responsive. The pool was a hit with our 2 year old! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Oconee Lake Home

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and had everything we could need during our stay. Our kids already want to plan another trip back.^^ Sue and Jason are super responsive and were easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was quiet...a nice change from the crowded beaches we normally go to, and we got to see fireworks over the lake which was a nice surprise!

Gorgeous house with lovely pool and hot tub!

We really enjoyed staying at this house, it’s beautifully decorated and had all the dishes and utensils we needed. The highlight of our stay was the pool and hot tub which we really enjoyed! Being surrounded by trees was so peaceful. My only suggestion would be to turn the daybeds in one of the downstairs rooms and the loft into regular beds and add some furniture to loft space to make it more like a bedroom while keeping the ping pong there. We highly recommend the house!
