The location on the Royal Mile and proximity to the Waverly train station was great. The suite was spacious and met our needs. Being so close to the university residence however meant for some loud carrying on into the early morning hours, all of which could be heard in the suite. Entrance to the main door from the street was often congested and crowded by people on the street in the evenings.

AMAZING LOCATION!! SUPER CLEAN!! MODERN ROOM ALL AROUND I LOVED IT!! In Edinburgh this is the place to stay. The location was absolutely phenomenal and this suite was so modern it was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Great location to all of the action. The owner is wonderful, helpful, and incredibly kind. She will get back to you as soon as possible, and will accommodate any needs you have. The hotel is apartment style with small kitchenette, this was nice to not have to eat out 3 meals a day and as a bonus, there is a grocery store just metres away. If you’d like to venture further, there is a bus stop just outside the door.

I was grateful for the helpful staff. There is a bus stop in front of the main entrance. This makes traveling via public transportation easy. However, I did not appreciate all the people that would block the entrance to the hotel as they wait for their bus. The grout in the shower and upholstery on the coach could have been better cleaned.

Nice property close to all the Edinburgh hot spots. Only downside was it was kind of loud (they did provide ear plugs!) it didn’t bother me but it might bother a light sleeper. Would stay here again!

The location of the property is so close to all the places you want to be in. Has easy access to public transportation. It is safe, very clean and everything is well maintained.The staff is responsive and very helpful. We will stay here again when in Edinburgh.

Fantastic little apartment perfectly located in central Edinburgh. Signal wasn't great but WiFi provided so was able to connect. Can get a bit noisy on evenings but you're on a high street so now to be expected, plus the windows do a great job of blocking out sound. Really simple to get into apartment, just make sure you look for the sign as we walked right past it initially! Overall amazing stay, would stay again.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement 32 et il faisait tellement chaud à l’intérieur (31 degrés Celsius!) même avec les ventilateurs et fenêtres ouvertes. Je savais qu’il n’y avait pas d’air climatisée mais de là à cette chaleur quand dehors c’était 21-23…ce n’était pas plaisant du tout pour dormir. Sinon belle situation géographique..

Had an amazing time here with my wife and kids. It is a great location, very clean, and had multiple fans to stay cool and comfortable in every part of the flat. You can tell they put in a lot of effort to make the flat comfortable and livable. Check in was automated— quite easy and convenient. They had very affordable self-service luggage storage, more than adequate for all of our bags for a family of 6. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

this was a fabulous property. RIght in the centre of things. The only issue we had was the 72 steps to the top floor! Too old and out of shape :).

Mono Suites is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the Royal Mile, Waverley train station, and many of Edinburgh’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it can be quite loud at night due to the surrounding bars and nightlife, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want to be in the heart of the city.

For being a property with no on site front desk person, we were very impressed. You have to make sure to keep the entry codes handy for sure - this place is located in a very busy part of town and there is a bus stop right outside the door so a lot of people are around. Staff was very accommodating and helpful - every message we sent was replied to right away. Parking is hard so we returned our rental at the train station before walking to the property. The room itself was very nice and clean - excellent stay. Thank you!

Beautiful and clean property right in the center of Edinburgh Old Town! Only issue was that the pull-out couch mattress was extremely worn out and uncomfortable - I had to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor.
