Lovely stay, lovely place, didn’t dine at all at the hotel but loved the intimate feel of the place and would definitely book again, very central too for most things, perfect walking distance for shops, theatre etc xx

A wonderful little hotel and a quiet but handy location. The building oozes charm and character from top to bottom and it's been thoughtfully updated to make it a lovely calm and comfortable environment. The stand-out for us though was the staff - all of them. Without exception they were helpful and friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. One of the nicest places we've stayed.

This is a fantastic location! Accessible and walkable but just far enough away from city center to be restful and pleasant. The staff was fantastic, accommodating, and welcoming. The restaurant is quaint and the Scottish breakfast was very good. Our room was small but comfortable. Note: There is no elevator so, be prepared to carry your luggage up 1-3 flights of stairs. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and very cosy. It was great to have a radiator that we could turn on and off as we got drenched in an Easter snow storm! Would definitely stay here again

We have had a wonderful stay at Number 11. The staff have been excellent going above to ensure we have had a great stay. Our room was excellent number 15. Really really good. Very clean, comfy bed, great amenities. Lovely garden to chill in. Great cocktails. Fantastic breakfast and wonderful evening meal. Very handy for tram. We have had a fantastic 2 nights stay.

This hotel was excellent! The staff were professional and friendly. I stayed twice! I was able to leave my luggage. When I returned they had given me the same room I previously had and my luggage was already in the room. I was only able to make breakfast once but it was very good! I would definitely book this hotel again!

We only ate breakfast at the hotel and there were plenty of choices and very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to walk to all activities in Edinburgh. Great location a quiet area. Definitely recommend this hotel.
