"Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. Useful kitchen appliances if you were thinking of cooking but we didn't because we were out and about. The pool is on the smaller side and on the side of parking lot. We didn't go in it because it was always raining. "

"The condo is small but very well designed with plenty of spaces to tuck away luggage, closet and shelf space for clothing, bathroom cabinets and drawer space, etc. There is a very comfortable reclining love seat and smart tv in the living area and a small but well stocked kitchen. We come to Hilo a few times a year for work and stay for two weeks at a time, and it is important to us to feel like we can unpack completely and “live” there rather than being tourists.
