“The setting in such a quiet rural location but only minutes from Wadebridge and the cottage suited us perfectly for our purpose for being in the area.
We had some queries about the property before arrival and found Sykes support lacking but the house keeper for the cottage was really helpful and was able to help us on 2 occasions with instant replies. What a difference a real person makes!
The cottage was lovely and warm, very clean and organised with a new kitchen and appliances that were……

“Silvermine House is amazing! An ideal house for our family group of 5 adults and 3 teenage boys. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and multiple places to gather and relax. The house seems isolated but is only 5 or 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The views are stunning! Sonya and Paul are wonderful hosts, who provided everything we needed. It's a long trip from the US to Cornwall, but Silvermine House was worth every mile of it!”
