“We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful. I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few……

“Absolutely fabulous flat and location. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a clean and modern facilities. Everything provided and in immaculate condition. Great views of the river and easy access to any other facilities in Wadebridge. Also a great base for Padstow, Newquay and Trebarwith which we love. Will definitely book this location again!”

“Cottage was great, handy book with info, few treats left for us including treats for our dog. Had a great peaceful comfortable relaxing stay. Some bits id recommend would be an edit to description of closed off garden/front area, couldn’t leave dog out there off lead for toilet as wall very low he could jump it easily if he wanted to. Although instructions were given for location, those using tech would benefit more from coordinates or using the ‘what three words’ function to pin-point……

“We had a great stay at The Roost in July. Warm and welcoming host. Very quiet location in a peaceful rural village. A very comfortable property, with thoughtful additions for bringing a dog to help them feel settled. Lovely aspect from the living area and cottage features aplenty. Well situated for exploring all across Cornwall. Would recommend and return.”
