"The pool was enjoyable. Our suite room was nice in size and accommodated our needs. But more attention needs payed to certian things. The walls had food splatter on them. The jacuzi tub in the room has a return drain and it was covered in others hair we ended up unscrewing it to clean it off before using. The shower curtain is busted and barely hanging on which in return soaked the floor. The shower head was so full of calcium the water was spraying everywhere but in the tub(we also cleaned that ourselves so we could attempt decent showers. I assume they are very short staff because any time we arrived at the front desk even for something as simple as a towel no one was around to be found. They only originally provided 2 towels for the room that holds 4 people but when there was someone available to give towels they could not understand english very well and gave us 1 extra hand towel. Not a single ice machine in the hotel was working and available. The mini fridge was so overheated that we had to pull it out of the cubby and clean the back of it just for it to finally start getting cold. We were happy to have a place to stay on a last minute trip but this hotel could really use some more attention provided to it."

"I did the pre-check in but they still did not have my paper work printed and still had to show my ID and credit card. Check in took longer than it should have. Then the pool was freezing cold. We got back to our room to turn on the TV but it did not work. Called the front desk, they could not get it to work. There appeared to be a camera attached to the front of the TV. That was disturbing. The tub leaked and flooded the floor. The thermostat did not work, and there was clear jelly stuff stuck to the shower wall. The serve and amenities were AWEFUL!!!! I will not go back and I am pushing forward to request reimbursement."

"Everything was easy to access. It was a great size room for our family and there was more than expected in our room (fridge/microwave/couch) which was great with kids! Breakfast also had a ton of options. "
