“The room was very well "seasoned". Meaning worn out. Paint peeling from the ceiling, mold in the caulking, rust on the bath countertop, furniture was badly chipped, with a mismatched ottoman. The bed was sloping to the wall, so I pulled the mattress back to fix the bed, and there was all kinds of "filth," i.e., dried food, hair, dirt. I didn't touch it! Not what I expected from Comfort Suites.”

“The building is outdated and the roof leaks in multiple places, there was algae growing all along the edges of the pool, I used the restroom right after it was cleaned and even though there was blue cleaner in the toilet basin, there was urine on the seat when I lowered it, and only 2 out of 6 staff we encountered were friendly. On the upside, the pool was large, nice and warm, and there is a hot tub!”
