“Host was responsive. Location is good, edge of town, occasional highway noise but not bad. Refrigerator door was missing handle. Not fancy but good for a short getaway on the Frio.”

“We were fascinated at the location, so clean and enjoyable for us and our pet. River access was breath taking and not very "busy" considering it was Memorial weekend, it was a nice spot. We Can't wait to be back!! We plan on making this our permanent get a way location. Our host was very helpful when needed and communicated with us promptly. Definitely recommend to all who enjoy being outdoors and enjoy river front locations.”

“Can you say Bed Bugs! After the first night I had some minor itching on my right hand. By Sunday, 24 hours later I thought I might have been attacked several times by a Brown Recluse. It was that bad, but never did turn into that kind of severity. Other - 1 towel for 2 people. No wash clothes. No soap or shampoo. ”

“This place was extremely hard to find in the pitch blackness that is a typical Texas evening, I did 3 u-turns on 55 because I was afraid to use someone’s driveway. That was really our only issue, The house itself was immaculate, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the amenities. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need……
