“Property is on a little lake and we had a balcony room with view of the lake. I can imagine it must be great to have in the warmer months, but we enjoyed the view nonetheless. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, the restaurant food we sampled was very good, the jet tub was much appreciated, and the location was perfect for exploring all of the quaint towns in the Berkshires. The nightly rate was very reasonable.”

“No housekeeping for my three night stay. I was not informed that you had to ask for housekeeping. Covid has been gone for a long time. Rooms should be serviced daily like they use to be. Breakfast eggs were not good. On one morning bacon and the tater totes containers were empty. A staff person came by checked and left they did not refill them and I did wait a few minutes to see if they would .”
