"The worst part was, they saw we weren’t locals, and since we wanted to check in early, they said we’d have to take a room without a bathtub. I told them, “My room includes a bathtub, doesn’t it? Or are you going to give me a refund then?” Only then did they say they’d check if there was one ready. And later, they even gave me fewer amenities just because I checked in alone — they only gave one bottle of water instead of two, and even took away one of the room key cards."
