“This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was excellent again. It gives us a great base in a lovely convenient location. The only thing we would change would be to have more comfortable seats/sun loungers on the balcony. ”

“Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. ”

The Cala Fornells team are all very friendly, approachable and provided exceptional customer service. The seaview from our room was beautiful- what a brilliant start to the day. “Wir waren für 6 Nächte in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Hilfe wird angeboten, wenn nötig, aber niemand stört einen, so dass man einfach seinen Urlaub so genießen kann, wie man will. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Damen machen einen tollen Job. Auch gibt es keinen Teppich unter dem Bett, also großer check hier : - ) . Schöne Dusche und genügend Platz. Auch ein toller Schminkspiegel……

“Unfortunately we were not aware that very little was open , no service by the pool no bar or restaurant open at the pool. Breakfast was good however every other meals was so disappointing.Raw meat and inedible . Pool staff very lazy not cleaning up,leaving dirty towels around and just looking bored sitting around.”

“We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish. “Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Hotel in zentraler Lage, nur circa 100 m vom Strand entfernt, Frühstücksangebot sehr gut und umfangreich, Strandblick nicht von allen Zimmern gegeben, Zimmer je nach Lage (Straßenseite) teilweise sehr hellhörig.”

“Moderne sehr saubere Zimmer. Leider sehr hellhörig aber ansonsten klasse. Frühstück auch nicht schlecht. Leider am Ende etwas nachgelassen was die Auswahl anging”
