“I was a solo traveller, felt safe. Rooms very clean, free water and coffee and time is a bonus. Breakfast is lovely, not massive but has everything you could want. Room 108 has a very awkward toilet, think they are trying to make the best of a small space but this isn’t only criticism. Fair price, would book again”

Clean and comfortable,i did have a problem when i went to the bar during the day for a drink ....staff member was on phone call ( to work related staff i believe not personal call ) but failed to acknowledge me or serve me so i went across the road to the shop instead ! Pool is clean and well maintained .lots of beds Going across to different restaurant for meals is unusual and they only supply small plates but plenty of choice and well stocked . “Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.”

“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. “Hotel is located in front of a park. It is nice to have balcony in the room. The room is quite comfort but there is strange smell in the room. Breakfast is nice!”
