“I loved the property it was beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and attentive. The check in process was easy and smooth my luggage was taken to my room and I was given a tour of the entire property and they included the amenities. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“I was a solo traveller, felt safe. Rooms very clean, free water and coffee and time is a bonus. Breakfast is lovely, not massive but has everything you could want. Room 108 has a very awkward toilet, think they are trying to make the best of a small space but this isn’t only criticism. Fair price, would book again”

“Lo primero que destaco es la atención del personal de servicio tanto en el bar como en el comedor. Cada uno de ellos han hecho que la experiencia valiera la pena. Gracias por su energía y gentileza (Eva, Marc, Lesly, Ana, Alejandra, Santi y Belén). El todo incluido tiene gran oportunidad de mejora y evitan que le reste a la experiencia. “We enjoyed our stay at Pure Salt. The views are amazing and being able to walk down to the harbour and have access to all the restaurants there was a huge bonus. We especially loved Olivera. You could also rent a boat or go to the beach. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. They had everything you could ever want. We had omelets most days as well as fresh fruit and pastries. “The hotel is lovely . Clean and comfortable,i did have a problem when i went to the bar during the day for a drink ....staff member was on phone call ( to work related staff i believe not personal call ) but failed to acknowledge me or serve me so i went across the road to the shop instead ! Pool is clean and well maintained .lots of beds Going across to different restaurant for meals is unusual and they only supply small plates but plenty of choice and well stocked . Would book again if……

“Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.”

“Wir hatten die Unterkunft von Montag bis Samstag und die Eindrücke waren gemischt. Das Hotel ist super sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett. Einchecken geht erst ab 15:00 die Richtung. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick wäre ja ganz schön, sowie der Pool auch, wenn nicht alles verseucht wäre mit Ballermann Touristen. Es ist nachts immer laut in den Gängen und um das Hotel herum, das muss man einfach wissen. Das Hotel gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, so auch beim Abendessen im Hotel eigenen Restaurant, aber……

“Le personnel est très serviable et la chambre est correct. Le gros bémol c’est que les murs ne sont pas bien insonorisés et on entend tout ce qui passe dans les couloirs et les chambres. Les clients souvent très jeunes sont très bruyants et des fois à des heures hyper tardives ou en plein milieu de la nuit.”
