“Der Kaffee war nicht so gut”

“L'hôtel est très bien placé Sant Elm est vraiment une jolie crique et jolie petite station balnéaire. Plages au pied de l'hôtel. Les appartements sont confortables et très bien équipés avec une belle terrasse. Le personnel est très gentil. On recommande”

“Staff was good, breakfast had many choices but rooms were terrible as we could hear everything from every room next to ours. Not really comfortable beds.”

“Die Zimmer waren neu und sehr sauber. Abends wurde es durch die Partygäste, sowohl auf den Balkonen vom Hotel, als auch von den Nachbargebäuden, sehr laut. Der Schallschutz ist nicht so wie in Deutschland. Da wir beide aber grundsätzlich mit Ohropax schlafen störte uns der Geräuschpegel nicht. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr große Auswahl, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Minuspunkt müssen wir……

“Buona posizione e struttura moderna, ma pulizia e manutenzione decisamente da migliorare. La posizione è sicuramente un punto a favore: centrale e comoda per spostarsi facilmente. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo con accesso diretto all’hotel è pratico, anche se piuttosto costoso. In alternativa si trova parcheggio gratuito nelle strade vicine. Purtroppo la camera non è stata all’altezza: già all’arrivo non era pulita e abbiamo avuto formiche in bagno e accanto al letto che sono tornate……

“The hotel is lovely . Clean and comfortable,i did have a problem when i went to the bar during the day for a drink ....staff member was on phone call ( to work related staff i believe not personal call ) but failed to acknowledge me or serve me so i went across the road to the shop instead ! Pool is clean and well maintained .lots of beds Going across to different restaurant for meals is unusual and they only supply small plates but plenty of choice and well stocked . Would book again if……

“Very noisy in the middle of the night with English speaking people are screaming non stop on the beach. Otherwise it was a great location.”

“Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score.”

“- just 2mins walk to the beach, great location - 2 pools in the hotel-one for adults and one for family. Both of them are nice - a lot of choices for breakfast, but better to have it before 9.30am otherwise outdoor seats are full - the room is large, bathroom is perfect - friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us to print our boarding pass for free”

“Fantastic hotel and so very clean. Location was amazing. The out door pool was also heated to a good temperature which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good quality food. Soya milk was also and option along with other plant based milks. Overall a fantastic hotel can’t fault anything! Well done Seramar 😊”
