Not a great location

The hotel was ok. The street it is at is desolated at night, and it was a little scary to go out on foot.

Oddly decorated but a great deal

Cons: decor
Lennox is a fine hotel--great staff, solid breakfast and spacious rooms. And the price is reasonable. But the decor reminds me a bit of Las Vegas circa 1980s. The rooms are dark with black wallpaper, LED mini spotlights and mirrors. I expected a torch singer to pop of the closet at any minute. Also enjoy the giant image of bamboo in the center atrium of the hotel....not quite sure of its relation to Buenos Aires!!

Nice Boutique Hotel

Pros: Staff are very courteous.
Cons: Showers need bleaching
Lovely hotel at a very convenient location. A lot of the attractions in the city is walking distance from the hotel. The staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and I specially enjoyed the mini kitchen with dining table. I will definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays.

1st time BA visit was great experience!

Overall this hotel was very comfortable, clean and nice. They offered a nice variety for breakfast, the staff and front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the closet door on our day of departure and they were very expeditious in correcting the problem. Beds were great! Sitting and kitchen area in the room were nice. Wouldn't recommend the room next to the business center room as it gets a bit loud during the week. It was quiet on the weekends. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

Unpleasant stay

It wasn't good enough for the payed price, the hotel refused to refund sales tax, they said I have to ask The site HOTELS for tax refunding, I wish if there someone who can tell how I can get tax refunding. Breakfast poor variety and tasteless . the left unfuntional most of the time!

The area is not the most clean although the location is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and sauna are a plus for the guests. Overall yes, I would book again this hotel.

Okay to lay your head.

ok hotel, can't complain at £60 including breakfast. Walking distance to major sites. Reasonable breakfast. Good airport shuttle.

Centrally located hotel

It is a very nice, centrally located hotel. The staff at the front desk is very helpful and speak good English. The room was modern with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. Rooms are arranged around an inner court yard which gives an more open feeling. Breakfast buffet was good.

Not a 4 star hotel, looks like a motel

This place does not deserves to be a VIP on Expedia, this is not a 4 star hotel. Looks like a dirty motel. The shower was broken, there were fongus on the walls, the lamps were completely dirty broken and full of mosquitoes. The door didn't close properly. The staff not helpful at all, I asked for the sauna and they never turn it on and when I complained because of the room they just said sorry. It seems it is not the first time. I attach pictures of the room and I will complain directly to Expedia
