"Lovely room with a sea view. Good breakfast options. Good pool options with a separate adult pool. Did not eat in hotel, plenty options within walking distance or short taxi to eat. Only issue, went to the sports bar to watch football, loud music was being played with the sport sound off (can live with that), but they had a live band playing on the terrace outside so the noise was conflicting and deafening! Said to the bar man he needed to turn off the musc in the bar (one would have been fine), but he just smiled, so one drink and we left."

"Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms. "

"Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they had cordonned off an area of the garden in front of our room, which somehow limited the sea views we could have had."

"There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. Very odd and we felt totally unsafe walking around incase we came across this aggressive guest. Other reasons include: the hotel claims 7 swimming pools, but 4 are maybe 2 inches deep, and only 1 pool is heated so the other 6 are unusable. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Everything seems to be an inconvenience to them. Drinks are slammed in front of you, you’ll have to wait 20mins to be served. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was ok, nothing spectacular. There were few occasions however we were given dirty cutlery and cups with lipstick on. Room amenities were not great. In 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked, the baths were broken, one of which would only work while the shower was running. Vegetarian options are seriously lacking at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Night time entertainment is decent, however extremely cold in the off season with no indoor alternative options. The “Spa” was also no spa at all. Our group paid €105 for a private jacuzzi, which turned out to be just a bath tub. It should have been clearly labelled on the booking as a jacuzzi bath. "

"This is a large hotel with a lot of guests. Mostly this is managed very well, but does cause a feeling sometimes of being in a holiday camp. Mealtimes particularly. The staff are good and service they offer is courteous and prompt. The Wi-Fi, especially outdoors is good connection, but a bit slow. The a/c in our room was quite noisy. Fortunately we were able to turn it off when sleeping as it is February. "
