The hotel was beautiful, the entertainment was mediocre, only timed things happening and sometimes that wasn't even scheduled correctly! The beach amenities can be stepped up! There were just a few beach chairs set out and were taken, the rest of them were chained up! The beach vendors were allocated right off the entrance to the beach from the pools. That could've been pushed back some, it was off putting and looked tacky! The biggest downfall to an all-inclusive option was the service. No option to servers other than occasionally at the main bar. Other than that you have to go and get your own drinks. Beware that there are no top shelf options. The most you'll get is Tito's and Bacardi, so drinks were weak! Food was great- majority of Buffet options. Nothing was served other than the steakhouse and you have to make a reservation through their app- only able to make 2 reservations at a time!

Best hotel stay ever..

Beautiful views, wonderful staff. Very accommodating, polite and helpful staff. The evening fire show was fantastic, most romantic stay we’ve ever had.

Our family used this as our last night stop close to the airport (LIR). It was just a key code to access the property with simple instructions to follow. The property was secure and private. Everything was new and very clean. Since we were traveling it was so nice they provided bathroom amenities, washer and dryer and full kitchen. The shower at this place was amazing and very relaxing. The best part was being given access to the beach club (5 min drive or 20 min walk). We went there and spent time at the beach and swimming in the pool. They offered outdoor showers, rentals of surf/boogie boards lounge chairs, etc.The pool was warm so my kids swam for hours. The offered drinks and a full menu. The staff was very friendly. Overall it was a great location and great stay.
