The hotel front desk staff speak through microphones and have plexiglass all across the check in desk. Very hard to understand a youngster who does not annunciate their words. The room was great until we went to take a shower. Was absolutely impossible to regulate the water temperature. Either too hot or too cold. Did not matter where you moved the dial, it had a mind of its own. The shower leaked on the back side of the glass so there was water all over the floor. The refrigerator froze all our water and drinks and our food that we put in there. Had to throw out lunch meat, yogurt and fruit as it all froze and then turned to watery goo. The casino was tight as tight can be. There were quite a few hand pay jack pots, but mainly for the high gambling spenders. Would not recommend this place at all. I did complain to the front desk and the employee just glared at me and said, "Oh that is too bad." Do not stay here. Go to Isleta, better gambling odds, nicer amenities, and very attentive employees.

Greeted with a smile, seated then others seated. Orders served water , no water for quite a while. Another server served us water after 30 minutes. Our server finally appeared, very friendly, finally we were rolling along the rest was good. Food was a 7 out of 10.
