“This was by far the nicest place I've ever stayed, and if I ever have the chance to come back to La Fortuna I would rebook here in a second. The houses are spacious, clean and comfortable. Each feels very separate from the others and the whole property is covered in well maintained plants. With the dense foliage and the nature walk, it feels like you are nestled in the jungle and its such an amazing and unique experience. I loved sitting on the patio early in the morning and just listening to……

“The "pin" on the La Fortuna map is way off. The house is actually near Sonafluca. We really enjoyed the house, but wanted to be closer to La Fortuna. VRBO says you will get directions and entry information about 3 days in advance; I really needed the directions for planning.House itself is really nice and the grounds are very private. We didn't have time to try out the hot tub.”

“Wow, a very beautiful cabin. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. The host is very fast at responding requests. There were some issues but all fixed fairly quickly. The only downside is the small bugs and ants, but it is expected since this is countryside. Do not leave any food outside overnight. ”

“Beautiful house, love thats its tucked into the forest overlooking a stream! Layout was great for my family of five, although the loft never quite cooled down enough so we pulled the mattresses down to the main floor, which was cooled nicely by the AC. Host was fantastic, very helpful, great location for exploring Fortuna! Love the balcony, hammock was a favorite, only disappointment (and reason for 4 stars) was the large house construction 25yds away across the stream, metal grinding and……
