Mauricio a été d’une grande gentillesse, il nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire et nous a même donné des petites adresses. Ses parents sont des cuisiniers extras ! Les assiettes sont généreuses et leurs sourires referont votre journée. Au niveau de la chambre, rien à dire, il y a de l’eau chaude et ça c’est un gros points pour 2 françaises qui tiennent à l’eau chaude 😂 Les lits sont confortable, c’est spacieux,……

“If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town. Maily was a pleasure to work with. The place was very comfortable and……

“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”

“Our stay at Rancho Cera Azul was fantastic! Perched just on the edge of town, we enjoyed our own private cabin with a beautiful, secluded back porch and hot tub! The cabin was beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and thoughtful details throughout. The grounds are stunning, filled with lush gardens and a lovely short hiking trail leading down to the river out back. The bar and restaurant were top-notch, the food was amazing! The staff were all wonderful—special thanks to William and Isaac……

“首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。”

“Very clean room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Restaurant had a nice selection and everything was delicious. Complementary one free drink. Free breakfast was very traditional andnice . Short drive to many beaches. ”

“This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a cooktop as well as the basics you need to make meals if you choose to cook. The washer and dryer were very convenient.
