"Such a great property, comfortable room. Property includes kitchen (breakfast option), private pool, rooftop deck with hot tub and fantastic views. Located in town, close to boutique shopping and food. Host was very attentive. Had a great stay. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. In the morning they has coffee, smoothies, fresh juice and avocado toast made for you. If you love a good bath, the bathtub will not disappoint you. The room is beautiful and bed so comfortable."

"The property is accessible by lots of stairs which make for great views of Cerritos beach. The rooms are clean and have comfy queen bed, bathroom with shower, mini kitchen with refrigerator, Stove, microwave, toaster, sink, pots and pans, dishes, dish drain. The decor is a modern, cool concrete with artsy painting. Breakfast is included with coffee and three choices of quesadilla, eggs with ham and homemade tortillas, or eggs with refried beans. There are extra items on menu to buy for breakfast and lunch and dinner too. The hotel is a short walk distance to the sandy beach which has swimming, surfing, restaurant, dj, surfboard rentals and lessons, beach chair and umbrella rentals, massage on beach for hire. We spent three days on beach chair under umbrella just relaxing. You can walk or run the beach for miles and miles. If you want to walk more you can try out the ten or more restaurants/ bars or drive to them. Also three mini markets in town. Coffee shop where you can adopt dogs. Awesome pizza restaurant. Also restaurants on beach if you want to explore with ocean views. The neighboring town pescadero has farm to table restaurants, breakfast restaurants, ice cream. If you want to go twenty minutes check out todos santos for authentic Mexican vibe and shopping plus restaurants and beaches. This is my third time visiting the hotel. "

"The small boutique hotel is very charming and quaint. Don’t expect the pool you see on the cover photo. That pool with columns does not exist. Instead, the pool is about 3 feet deep and a small square. There was very loud music that stared at 6:00 AM on a Sunday morning from across the street. You could feel the base through the mattress. Also, be prepared for load barking dogs. They have ear plugs in the room for a reason. We enjoyed ourselves, but you should know everything before you book."
