“The building is great and steps away from the beach. It felt very safe and it was very well kept and quiet. The condo is well stocked and it had all we needed. The living room AC and tv didn’t work, but we were fine without. The host allowed us to check out 2 hours later to make our flight connection easier. We highly recommend this place! Amazing views from the balcony. ”

“We spent 4 days in this great apartment with wonderful open ocean views. Penthouse (6th floor) with large private balcony. very comfortable outdoor furniture, which made it hard to leave the apartment. Meals at the pool restaurant were very good and reasonable with great margaritas. Take out pizza from Jazz on the Rocks (across the street). Did not go to the beach as stairs were a problem for us. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We can highly recommend.”

“The location was prime! The room was amazing! It had everything you could need for a week of the beach and Cabo. You're in a condo sharing it's status with a hotel, including the beach clubs right on the sand! Only issue is, double check the address. I had the wrong address and used the property name and briefly, was lost. However, it was smooth sailing once I found the right address and life was awesome. ”

“The condo had a beautiful view and the location was great. My only comment would be make sure you have shower soap and your own shampoo because it’s not provided. But otherwise everything you need is there. The owner and concierge service provides excellent communication. We would come back again!”

“This condo was exceptional!!! Million dollar views as soon as you walk in. The condo was so well stocked with everything from coffee to beach towels. Everything was very clean! The location is perfect. Right, on the beach, right by the pool, and a short walk to the marina. The drinks and food served at the swim up bar were phenomenal. Everything was beautiful and perfect. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Staff was so friendly!! Will definitely rent again!!”

“Steven's 3-bedroom unit at HBC was everything I'd hoped it would be, and more! My parents have stayed many times at HBC and always book directly with the hotel, but we needed a larger unit for our family vacation so I convinced them to book through VRBO (better rate). Communication with Steven (the owner) was so easy and direct, and he answered all my questions and concerns before we arrived. The unit (located in the building closest to check-in/pool/restaurant, etc.) was absolutely gorgeous……
