“Palmilla is a little oasis of beauty and calm. The property is very well located and spacious with a large terrace. “Brand new” is an inaccurate description though. The furnishings look brand new, but the apartment itself is not (a neighbor shared this). It’s beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, and comfy beds. Management was responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again.”

Nice rooftop deck with bbq and beautiful view. Easy walk to the beach. The bed was fairly firm for our taste but we had a topper we had purchased from our previous VRBO so it was ok. It would have been nice to have a bigger TV. We had 3 days of cloudy, rain shower days and the tv is not much bigger than a computer monitor. Guess it wouldn’t...

“The condo was very easy to find,and when we got there it did not disappoint.The unit was very clean,and very well stocked.The views were incredible,the pool and hot tub were greatThere is some road noise coming from behind the condo,if it bothers you just have another cocktail! Las Olas is a ways from downtown SAN Jose we used Uber’s a lot . 120-145 pesos will get you pretty much anywhere you want to. “Fabulous views. Wonderful balcony. Pool is very private and comfortable. Great restaurants nearby. Guards at the entrance are very helpful and friendly. There are steps up to the condo from the elevator but the guard brought our bags up. We really enjoyed our stay. ”
