"Great property, customer service should be worked on. Had a room told it had a jacuzzi charged $250 and when me and my friend went timo the room no jacuzzi only a ocean view which we didn't ask for . And when we called they denied blatantly, we had 3 witnesses there after they reimbursed us , again kept ignoring there mistake ontop they charged a resort fee twice for resort service charges for a room we walked in and walked out of. After we got the issue resolved , we get into the room and notice a foul smell coming from the fridge , my friends and I after 2 days of requesting them to change it or take it out no one showed up. After they finally did show up the 3rd day , they just cleaned it and left it. Despite the service the Resort is awesome but the service is terrible I have been back at this resort 5times everything else is great. But I strongly cannot stress this customer service situation enough. Pls bring into attention “ No guest should experience this type of customer service”."

"A great resort. Be sure to download the Riu app. Great for accessing room, maid, and maintenance services. If there are more than 2 in your room, pack a power bar for device charging. There aren’t enough outlets. Food is great. Steak restaurant was lovely. No reservations so you have to line up early for all the a la cartes. We had no trouble getting pool chairs. We sat under adjustable awnings so I had shade and my companions had sun. Staff is excellent but I do recommend tipping for the best service, especially at the pool. Everything was very clean. Be warned tho that water is rough and only one day was ok for swimming in the ocean."
