Up and coming historic hotel
4 / 5 Good
This hotel opened three weeks prior to our stay so they are still learning what is needed but overall it was a lovely stay. Staff is green and learning answers to questions. Restaurants are opening as business picks up. The rooftop was never open during our 4night stay for private events. Breakfast spot was open and we had good coffee there. Corner Bar was open and it was wonderful. Great service there. But arriving Sunday no eating options were open as all were closed making us have to leave the hotel upon our Sunday arrival. The suite is a good size for a working space and separate bedroom. The small boutique has really cute purchase options for women. And the water is delicious from the tap. Across the street is a fabulous museum and up the road is a botanical garden. The fitness center is good but it needs cleaner for users to clean equipment after use. This hotel will be great for the community!
